Southern African Development Community (SADC), East African Community (EAC), African Ministers Council on Water (AMCOW-TAC) & New Partnership for Africa’s Development (NEPAD) convened a meeting on Major Water Infrastructure Development in Africa: Balancing economic, environmental and social aspects for sustainable outcomes on July 25 -27 2007 in Swaziland.
